During our 90 minutes together you’ll learn why journaling is beneficial to your health and wellbeing, how to get started and learn about a whole host of journaling methods to try including my gratitude, future scripting, present tense reflection and affirmation.
Join us on Tuesday 13th April 2021 at 7pm UK for a 90minute How To Start Journaling Workshop! We will send you a WILDWOMAN Journal, a tea and a snack to enjoy as we learn about the benefits of journaling and the many different ways to do so.
